Before you book
· For round trips, please select the return date as well. You can select the departure and return dates separately in the reservation window.
· Free cancellation up to 2 days before — By 2 days before your travel date (Thailand time) — if you cancel by then: Full refund. After that, seats and tickets are already secured, so a refund is difficult.
· Booking deadline — By 18:00 the day before (Thailand time) — bookings must be in by then to secure a seat.
· Date changes — Changes within 24 hours of departure: a fee of 200 baht per person applies.
· Discount if you do not need hotel pickup — Select "Rassada Pier" in the booking window and the discount is applied automatically, per person for each one-way trip.
· Paid on site — The Phi Phi Tonsai Pier fee of 20 baht per person is not included.
· Pickup area — Depending on your accommodation location, options are divided into Free, Shared (surcharge), and Private Vehicle. Please see "Pickup Areas and Surcharges" below for areas.
· If you choose a round trip The pickup fee is also calculated twice—once for the outbound day and once for the return day—and is already included in the amount shown on the reservation screen.
· If your hotel on the return day is in a different area from the departure day, please enter it in the “Drop Hotel or Address” field on the checkout page. We will let you know of any price difference when we confirm your booking.

This is a large ferry crossing the Andaman Sea from Phuket Rassada Pier to Phi Phi Island, taking approximately 2 hours. With spacious seats and minimal rocking, it is comfortable for those traveling with children or carrying a lot of luggage. Transportation to and from the hotel from the pier is included in the fare.

Each class has its own seating area on the same ferry — on a two-hour trip, the difference is noticeable.
- Standard — indoor seats in the air-conditioned cabin, with free access to the outdoor sun deck.
- First — roomy sofa-style seats with good window views; quieter, with fewer passengers.
- Premium — The widest lounge-style seats. Ample cushioning and legroom.
- All three classes depart on the same ship at the same time; only the seating area differs.

⚠️Safety and Health Information
- Please follow the crew's instructions on board, and do not lean on the deck railings while sailing.
- Long-distance sea travel is not recommended for infants under 1 year of age, pregnant women, and seniors aged 60 or older with health problems.
- If you have any food allergies, please inform us in advance when making a reservation.
- If the boat cannot depart due to bad weather, we will provide a full refund or switch you to the next boat.
🏝️About Phi Phi Island
- Laemtong is a quiet beach on the northern side of Phi Phi Island. Resorts such as Erawan Palms, Phi Phi Natural, and Long Beach Resort are clustered there.
- There are no cars on the island. If you have a lot of luggage, please use the luggage transport service from the pier to your accommodation.
- You can visit Maya Bay, Viking Cave, and other attractions via a boat tour departing from Laemtong.
- If you are staying in the Tonsai area, please book “Phuket – Phi Phi Ferry Ticket” (Tonsai) instead of this ticket.
