Before you book
· Boarding restrictions — People with high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma or spine/joint problems, and pregnant women cannot board the speedboat. This is not recommended for infants under 1 year of age or seniors aged 60 or older with health issues. If applicable, please use the ferry.
· For round trips, please select the return date as well. You can select the departure and return dates separately in the reservation window.
· A fee applies to infants (ages 3 and under) as well. — Unlike the ferry, the speedboat charges infants separately, per infant: one way 300 baht, round trip 600 baht. In the booking window, select the number of infants and the total updates automatically.
· Free cancellation up to 2 days before — By 2 days before your travel date (Thailand time) — if you cancel by then: Full refund. After that, seats and tickets are already secured, so a refund is difficult.
· Booking deadline — By 18:00 the day before (Thailand time) — bookings must be in by then to secure a seat.
· Date changes — Changes within 24 hours of departure: a fee of 200 baht per person applies.
· Discount if you do not need hotel pickup — Select "Rassada Pier" in the booking window and the discount is applied automatically, per person for each one-way trip.
· Paid on site — The Phi Phi Tonsai Pier fee of 20 baht per person is not included.
· Pickup area — Depending on your accommodation location, options are divided into Free, Shared (surcharge), and Private Vehicle. Please see "Pickup Areas and Surcharges" below for areas.
· If you choose a round trip The pickup fee is also calculated twice—once for the outbound day and once for the return day—and is already included in the amount shown on the reservation screen.
· If your hotel on the return day is in a different area from the departure day, please enter it in the “Drop Hotel or Address” field on the checkout page. We will let you know of any price difference when we confirm your booking.
· Luggage — One bag 18 inches or smaller plus one carry-on bag is included in the fare. Due to limited space, a crew member will load the items for you. An additional fee of 300 baht applies per item exceeding this limit.
· Pets are allowed in cages in outdoor areas only, for an extra fee.

From Phuket Rassada Pier to Phi Phi Island Just 1 hour. You arrive twice as fast as the ferry, so you can enjoy a full day on Phi Phi. The ride across the sea is fun in itself. Hotel–pier transfers are included in the fare.

⚡How is it different from a ferry?
Although they are the same route, they differ in nature. Please choose based on your luggage, schedule, and physical condition.
- Duration Speedboat approx. 1 hour / Ferry approx. 2 hours
- Rocking Speedboats ride the waves directly, so they rock a lot. If you get seasick, we recommend the ferry.
- Luggage Speedboats allow up to 18 inches, while ferries allow up to 25 inches. If you have large luggage, the ferry is more convenient.
- It is easy to choose a time. — The boat departs 5–6 times a day, far more often than the ferry (twice a day)

⚠️Safety information
- Life vests are provided at every seat. Please wear them according to the crew's instructions.
- Stay seated while the boat is moving. If you have a weak back, the rear seats take less impact than the front.
- If you have any food allergies, please inform us in advance when making a reservation.
- If the boat cannot depart due to bad weather, we will provide a full refund or switch you to the next boat.
🏝️About Phi Phi Island
- Shops, restaurants, and accommodations are clustered around Tonsai Pier, so you can get around most of them on foot.
- There are no cars on the island. If you have a lot of luggage, please use the luggage transport service from the pier to your accommodation.
- You can visit Maya Bay, Viking Cave, and other attractions from Tonsai by longtail boat or speedboat tour.
- If you are staying at a resort in the Laemtong area, you will need to change to a shuttle boat at Tonsai — the Phuket ↔ Phi Phi Laemtong Speedboat Ticket, which drops you right at Laemtong Beach, is more convenient.
