- Transfer to another boat Upon boarding, we will attach a sticker to distinguish transfer passengers, and an operator staff member at Tonsai Pier will guide you to the next vessel.
- Check-in For Phuket, go to the Andaman Wave Counter at Gate 3 of Rassada Pier; Koh Lanta is Sala Dan Pier.
- baggage Includes one suitcase (up to 25 inches) and one carry-on bag per person. You must load and unload your own luggage. Please inform us when booking if you have additional luggage, as there is an extra charge.

- Long-distance sea travel is not recommended for infants under 1 year of age, seniors aged 60 or older, or pregnant women.
