Before you book
· One change of boat at Phi Phi Tonsai — This is not a direct ticket between Phuket and Koh Lanta, but a connecting ticket where you transfer to the next boat at Tonsai Pier on Phi Phi Island.
· For round trips, please select the return date as well. You can select the departure and return dates separately in the reservation window.
· Free cancellation up to 2 days before — By 2 days before your travel date (Thailand time) — if you cancel by then: Full refund. After that, the ticket has already been issued, so a refund is difficult.
· Booking deadline — By 18:00 the day before (Thailand time) — bookings must be in by then to secure a seat.
· Date changes — Changes within 24 hours of departure, a minimum fee of 200 baht per person applies.
· Discount if you do not need hotel pickup — Select "Rassada Pier" in the booking window and the discount is applied automatically, per person for each one-way trip.
· Paid on site — Phi Phi Tonsai Pier fee 20 baht per person, Koh Lanta Sala Dan Pier fee 10 baht per person is not included.
· No transfers on the Koh Lanta side — Only hotel pickup and drop-off on the Phuket side is included. Between Sala Dan Pier and your hotel on Lanta, please take a taxi or tuk-tuk from the pier.
· If your hotel on the return day is in a different area from the departure day, please enter it in the “Drop Hotel or Address” field on the checkout page. We will let you know of any price difference when we confirm your booking.

- Transfer to another boat When you board, you will get a sticker marking you as a passenger changing boats at Tonsai Pier, and operator staff will guide you to the next boat there.

- Luggage Includes one suitcase (up to 25 inches) and one small bag per person. You must load and unload your own luggage. Please inform us when booking if you have additional luggage, as there is an extra charge.
- Children and infants Children aged 4 to 11 pay the child fare, and infants aged 0 to 3 are free.
- Afternoon departure boat The boats departing from Phuket at 13:45 and from Koh Lanta at 13:00 only operate during the peak season, so they were not included in this connecting ticket.
