· Free cancellation up to 2 days before — tell us by 2 days before your travel date (Thailand time) for a full refund. After that, your ticket has already been issued and we can't refund it.
· Booking deadline — please book by 18:00 (Thailand time) the day before you travel.
· Date changes — a fee of 200 THB per person applies to changes made within 24 hours of departure.
· Discount if you do not need hotel pickup — Select "Rassada Pier" in the booking window and the discount is applied automatically, per person for each one-way trip.
· Paid on site — the Tonsai Pier fee on Phi Phi (20 THB per person) is not included.
· Pickup area — Depending on your accommodation location, options are divided into Free, Shared (surcharge), and Private Vehicle. Please see "Pickup Areas and Surcharges" below for areas.

A large ferry across the Andaman Sea from Rassada Pier in Phuket to Phi Phi, about 2 hours. Roomy seats and a smoother ride make it comfortable for families and travelers with luggage. Shared transfers between most Phuket hotels and the pier are included (extra charge in some areas).

Each class has its own seating area on the same ferry — on a two-hour trip, the difference is noticeable.
- Standard — indoor seats in the air-conditioned cabin, with free access to the outdoor sun deck.
- First — roomy sofa-style seats with good window views; quieter, with fewer passengers.
- Premium — The widest lounge-style seats. Ample cushioning and legroom.
- All three classes travel on the same ferry at the same time — only the seating area differs.

⚠️Safety and Health Information
- Please follow the crew's instructions on board, and do not lean on the deck railings while sailing.
- Long-distance sea travel is not recommended for infants under 1 year of age, pregnant women, and seniors aged 60 or older with health problems.
- If you have any food allergies, please inform us in advance when making a reservation.
- If the boat cannot depart due to bad weather, we will provide a full refund or switch you to the next boat.
🏝️About Phi Phi Island
- Shops, restaurants, and accommodations are clustered around Tonsai Pier, so you can get around most of them on foot.
- There are no cars on the island. If you have a lot of luggage, please use the luggage transport service from the pier to your accommodation.
- Maya Bay, Viking Cave and more are an easy longtail or boat trip from Tonsai.
