Child rate: Ages 4–10 and Height 130cm or less — both conditions must be met. 131 cm or taller, or aged 11 and over: adult rate. Children under 90 cm are free — please add them in the “Infant” field of the booking form. Children 91–130 cm tall pay the child rate even if they are very young; height is checked on site, so please book by height.

📌Good to know before booking
- Simon Show tickets are non-refundable after purchase, so please book carefully.
- Please complete your reservation at least one day in advance.
- The base price is for the show ticket only. If you need the shuttle van, please choose your pickup area on the booking screen. Each area shows its round-trip fare and scheduled pickup time.
- The shuttle van is a shared shuttle — you ride with other guests, and the fare is per person, round trip. If you're coming on foot or by taxi, please choose “No pickup”.
- Phuket Town · Chalong · Rawai · Koh Siray · Nai Harn · Panwa · Layan · Nai Thon · Nai Yang · Phuket Airport · Ao Po · Mai Khao Area shuttles run for the 18:00 and 21:00 shows only and can be booked for a minimum of 2 people. (If you choose the 19:30 show, area shuttles are removed from the list automatically.)
- Cameras and recording devices are not allowed inside the theater.
- Child rate applies only to Ages 4–10 · Height 130cm or less. If a child is 131cm or taller, the adult rate applies regardless of age, and the difference is paid on site.
- Under 90 cm: free (“Infant” field on the booking form) · 91–130 cm: child rate · 131 cm and taller: adult rate.
- The voucher is in the form of a QR code, and seats are assigned in advance.
- If pickup is required, the pickup time will be indicated on the voucher, and a vehicle number sticker will be provided upon boarding.
