🚐 Round-trip transportation — select in the booking form
We pick you up from your hotel lobby and bring you back to your hotel after the show. In the booking form, choose the vehicle for your area under “Round-trip transportation (optional)”. If you are coming on your own, choose “No transfer (make your own way)”.
Your exact pickup time will be sent in your voucher when your booking is confirmed. Pickup is from the hotel lobby only; if you are not in the lobby within 5 minutes of the pickup time, it is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. The shared transfer is priced per person, and children pay the same rate. Children under 90 cm in height ride free and are not counted as passengers. For areas not on the list (such as the airport), please make your own way.

It is a semicircular structure surrounding the central dolphin pool and stage, and the seats consist of rows A through G and numbers 1 through 7.

Shows run at 11:00 · 14:00 · 17:00 — closed every Monday. Entry opens 15 minutes before each show starts. A 15-minute seal show is followed by the dolphin show, and the swim-with-dolphins option takes place after the show.

- The venue is closed every Monday.
- The child fare applies to children between 90 and 130 cm in height. Children under 90 cm are free and are not provided with a seat.
- You cannot enter the venue once the seal show begins, and you may enter briefly after the seal show ends and before the dolphin show starts.
- Dolphin photo time is available on-site for an additional fee per family.
