Our most popular programme. Feed the elephants, share a mud spa with them, help wash them in the water, and finish with a Thai buffet. Three hours following an elephant's day from beginning to end, which is why we recommend it first to anyone visiting for the first time.
- There are two departures, 08:00 in the morning and 13:00 in the afternoon — The time you choose at booking is when the programme begins at the camp.
- Pick-up times — 06:45-07:30 in the morning · 11:45-12:30 in the afternoon. The exact time varies slightly with your hotel's location and is confirmed on your voucher.
- Return transport included — For hotels within Phuket only. Phuket International Airport cannot be entered under airport rules, and piers such as Rassada are not served either.
- We return you to where we collected you — If you would like to be dropped somewhere else and it is not on the way, a transfer fee applies from 600 baht. Ask us before you book and we will confirm the fare.
- We assign the camp We currently operate two locations, Kathu and Thalang, and assignments are made based on the program, number of participants on the day, and accommodation location. If you would like a specific camp, please let us know in advance when making your reservation.
- Please bring a swimsuit and a change of clothes. You will go into mud and water.
- Booking deadline — Please book by 17:00 Thailand time the day before your visit.
- Cancellations and changes — Free cancellation up to 2 days before your visit, with no fee. After that, no changes, cancellations or refunds are possible.
- When we accept cancellations — Please send cancellations during TripRAON business hours, 08:00-17:00 Thailand time.
- Age and pricing — Adults are 11 years of age or older, and children are 4 to 10 years of age. Infants aged 3 years or younger are free.
- Anyone meeting elephants in Phuket for the first time — It includes all the activities the sanctuary is known for.
- Anyone who only wants to give up half a day — The morning group finishes before lunch, the afternoon group before dinner.
- Families with children — The mud and the water are what children remember.
- Anyone who would rather not worry about a meal — A Thai buffet is included.

- The mud spa and bath are included in the half-day experience. — There is a time to apply mud with the elephants and wash them in the outdoor swimming pool.
- However, if the elephant does not want to, it will not proceed. — Elephant Jungle Sanctuary is a place where no activities are forced upon the elephants. Activities may be omitted depending on the elephant's condition on that day.
- Please make sure to pack a change of clothes and a towel. — Your clothes will get wet and covered in mud. Sandals or shoes that can get wet are comfortable.

- The programme runs even in heavy rain, and there are no cancellations or refunds because of the weather.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- The mud spa and the bathing happen only when the elephants want them. We never force an elephant to take part.
- No elephant riding, no shows — Elephant Jungle Sanctuary is an ethical elephant sanctuary with ACES Gold accreditation. We never make an elephant do anything against its will.
- Group sizes change from day to day — They depend on the programme, the camp assigned, and how many elephants and visitors there are that day.
- Tell us in advance if — you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, limited mobility, are pregnant, or have any potentially contagious condition. Please let us know when you book.
- The camp is accessible by wheelchair and pushchair.
