Feed Me with return transport and a souvenir added. We collect you from your hotel and bring you back, so getting there is taken care of, and after feeding you watch the elephants play in their natural bathing pool from close by. It is a short programme, but this is where the photographs you keep come from.
Before you book
- There are two departures, 10:00 in the morning and 14:00 in the afternoon — The time you choose at booking is when the programme begins at the camp.
- We collect you from your hotel about an hour and a quarter before the programme starts — Morning pick-ups run between 08:45 and 09:15. The exact time varies slightly with your hotel's location and is confirmed on your voucher.
- Return transport is included — For hotels within Phuket only. Phuket International Airport cannot be entered under airport rules, and piers such as Rassada are not served either.
- We return you to where we collected you — If you would like to be dropped somewhere else and it is not on the way, a transfer fee applies from 600 baht. Ask us before you book and we will confirm the fare.
- I need your passport number. — Please provide your passport number when making a reservation for insurance.
- Cancellations and changes — Free cancellation up to 2 days before your visit, with no fee. After that, no changes, cancellations or refunds are possible. The programme runs even in heavy rain, and there are no refunds because of the weather.
- Booking deadline — Please book by 17:00 Thailand time the day before your visit.
- When we accept cancellations — Please send cancellations during TripRAON business hours, 08:00-17:00 Thailand time.
- Age and pricing — Adults are 11 years of age or older, and children are 4 to 10 years of age. Infants aged 3 years or younger are free.
