📌Good to know before booking
- Please book no later than 12:00 noon the day before your visit (Phuket local time).
- Guests aged 60 or older can purchase tickets at the child rate and must present a physical passport (or passport photo) at check-in. (If not presented, the adult rate must be paid on-site.)
- For hygiene and safety, only water park attire (swimsuits, rash guards, etc.) is allowed; jeans, underwear, clothing with buttons or zips, regular diapers, etc. are not permitted.
- Outside food and beverages are prohibited (except for baby food), and personal tubes and snorkeling masks are also not allowed.
- Operations may be temporarily suspended for safety reasons depending on the weather, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
