- Reservations cannot be made by children under 4 years of age, adults over 60 years of age, pregnant women, or those weighing over 120kg.
- Only those aged 16 or older can drive an ATV. Children aged 4 to 15 cannot drive themselves and may only ride in the back of the driver.
- The guide may cancel the tour for safety reasons, in which case no refund will be given.
- Repair costs may be charged if the ATV is damaged.
