Reservations cannot be made by children under 4 years of age, adults over 60 years of age, pregnant women, or those weighing over 120kg.
Only those aged 16 or older can drive an ATV. Children aged 4 to 15 cannot drive themselves and may only ride in the back of the driver.
The guide may cancel the tour for safety reasons, in which case no refund will be given.
Repair costs may be charged if the ATV is damaged.

You cannot participate in this activity wearing slippers or dress shoes, so please wear comfortable sneakers.
The tour will proceed even in light rain, and the operator will contact you in advance in the event of heavy rain that makes it impossible to proceed.
Accident insurance applies only in the event of an accident, excludes personal negligence, and covers only treatment at local hospitals in Thailand.
