Seats wrap around the round stage in a horseshoe shape — the closer to the center front, the higher the seat class.
- Diamond — front and center, closest to the stage (top class)
- Platinum — on either side of Diamond, close to the stage
- Gold — just outside Platinum
- Silver — outer sections on both sides
The show lasts about one hour. When booking, choose your seat and show time (14:30 or 19:30). There are no shows on Tuesdays.

- Child and adult tickets are based on height — please check your child's height before booking.
- Hotel transfer is not included, so please make your own way there (tip: combine the show with a city tour).
- It is dark inside the theatre — please watch your step.
- The air conditioning can feel cool — a light long-sleeved top is a good idea.
- Free cancellation or changes until 14:30 (Thailand time) the day before the show. No refund for later cancellations or no-shows.
