- Deluxe · 30㎡ — 1 King bed or 2 Single beds. Standard occupancy 2 people, maximum 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child. It is the most basic option with ample space.
- Deluxe Pool View · 30㎡ — It has the same structure, and the balcony overlooks the swimming pool. It is located on a slightly quieter floor.
- Deluxe Pool Access · 30㎡ — The swimming pool is right outside the terrace door. We recommend this place for those visiting with children or those who enjoy playing in the water frequently.
- In all three rooms, the sofa bed converts into a bed, and you must request an additional bed (rollaway) in advance when making a reservation.

- Maximum occupancy per room — Deluxe, Deluxe Pool View, and Deluxe Pool Access rooms all have a standard occupancy of 2 people and a maximum of 3 people (3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child). Reservations exceeding the maximum occupancy cannot be processed through the booking window.
- You can request the type of bed (1 double / 2 singles) on the reservation page. As this is a request, it is subject to change depending on hotel availability.

- Standard occupancy: 2 people — Rates are per room, and there is no extra charge for up to 2 people.
- Additional person fee starting from the 3rd person — During the peak season (11/1~3/31), the rate is 960 baht per night for adults and 480 baht for children (ages 4~11), and during the off-season (4/1~10/31), the rate is 720 baht per night for adults and 360 baht for children. (All prices are based on bank transfer, and extra bedding and breakfast are included — there are no additional charges on-site.)
- One child under 4 years old is free — It is on the condition that you share a bed with a guardian. Breakfast is also free.
- Free baby bed — Quantities are limited, so please let us know in advance when making a reservation.

- Airport transfer — The hotel is a 5-minute drive from the airport. You can select a private vehicle on the booking page.
- If you want a private vehicle We can arrange a passenger car (1-2 people) for 300 baht one-way and a van (1-6 people) for 540 baht one-way. (Based on bank transfer) Please let us know at least one day before use.
- It takes 45 minutes to 1 hour by car to the southern beaches, such as Patong, Kata, and Karon. If you need transportation, we can book it for you.

↩️Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Peak season (12/24~1/10) The full amount will be charged for cancellations or changes, and refunds are not available.
- Peak season (11/1~12/23, 1/11~3/31) — If cancelled or changed within 14 days prior to arrival, the fee for the first night will be charged; within 7 days prior, 50%; and within 3 days prior, the full amount will be charged.
- Off-season (April 1st to October 31st) — If cancelled or changed within 7 days prior to arrival, the fee for the first night will be charged; within 3 days prior, 50%; and within 1 day prior, the full amount will be charged.
- No-showIt is charged in full regardless of the season and is non-refundable.
- Early exit Remaining accommodations are non-refundable.
- The same criteria as cancellations apply to changes in date, room, and number of guests.
📝Important Information for Booking
- Once you submit a reservation request, we will check with the hotel for a room and notify you of the confirmation via KakaoTalk, LINE, or WhatsApp. You will not be charged until the reservation is confirmed.
- Rooms fill up quickly during the peak season (November to March). It is safer to make a request in advance once your schedule is finalized.
- You can request up to 5 rooms at once through the reservation window. If the number of guests or room types differ for each room, please add them first, then return to the reservation screen and add them again.
- You must provide the guest's English name (as it appears on the passport).
- If you let us know your estimated arrival time, we will inform the hotel in advance. Late-night arrivals are no problem.
- The hotel may carry out repair or improvement work, and we will notify you in advance if major construction is scheduled.
