- Peak season (12/24~1/10) The full amount will be charged for cancellations or changes, and refunds are not available.
- Peak season (11/1~12/23, 1/11~3/31) — If cancelled or changed within 14 days prior to arrival, the fee for the first night will be charged; within 7 days prior, 50%; and within 3 days prior, the full amount will be charged.
- Off-season (April 1st to October 31st) — If cancelled or changed within 7 days prior to arrival, the fee for the first night will be charged; within 3 days prior, 50%; and within 1 day prior, the full amount will be charged.
- No-showIt is charged in full regardless of the season and is non-refundable.
- Early exit Remaining accommodations are non-refundable.
- The same criteria as cancellations apply to changes in date, room, and number of guests.
📝Important Information for Booking
- Once you submit a reservation request, we will check with the hotel for a room and notify you of the confirmation via KakaoTalk, LINE, or WhatsApp. You will not be charged until the reservation is confirmed.
- Rooms fill up quickly during the peak season (November to March). It is safer to make a request in advance once your schedule is finalized.
- You can request up to 5 rooms at once through the reservation window. If the number of guests or room types differ for each room, please add them first, then return to the reservation screen and add them again.
- You must provide the English name of the representative reservation holder (identical to the passport). The name of the accompanying guest is verified via passport at check-in.
- If you let us know your estimated arrival time, we will pass it on to the hotel in advance.
- The hotel may carry out repair or improvement work, and we will notify you in advance if major construction is scheduled.
