↩️Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Peak season (12/24~1/10) — Cancellations and changes are charged in full and cannot be refunded.
- High season (11/1~12/23, 1/11~3/31) — If cancelled or changed within 14 days prior to arrival, the fee for the first night will be charged; within 7 days prior, 50%; and within 3 days prior, the full amount will be charged.
- Low season (1 April – 31 October) — If cancelled or changed within 7 days prior to arrival, the fee for the first night will be charged; within 3 days prior, 50%; and within 1 day prior, the full amount will be charged.
- No-shows are charged in full whatever the season and are not refunded.
- If you check out early, the remaining nights are not refunded.
- The same criteria as cancellations apply to changes in date, room, and number of guests.
📝Good to know before booking
- Once you submit a reservation request, we will check with the hotel for a room and notify you of the confirmation via WhatsApp, LINE, or KakaoTalk. You will not be charged until the reservation is confirmed.
- Rooms fill up quickly in high season (November to March), so it is safer to send your request as soon as your dates are set.
- You can request up to 5 rooms at once in the booking form. If the rooms differ in guests or room type, add the first one to your cart, then come back to the booking form and add the next.
- You must provide the English name of the representative reservation holder (identical to the passport). The name of the accompanying guest is verified via passport at check-in.
- If you let us know your estimated arrival time, we will pass it on to the hotel in advance.
- The hotel may carry out repair or improvement work, and we will notify you in advance if major construction is scheduled.
