📌Good to know before booking
- As this is a shared group tour, please arrive at the meeting point on time.
- The above schedule times are subject to change depending on local conditions.
- For safety reasons, infants under 1 year old, pregnant women, guests with serious medical conditions such as spinal, back or heart conditions, wheelchair users and intoxicated guests cannot join. If boarding is refused on site, no refund will be given.
- Guests aged 60 or over, or with high blood pressure or asthma, may be restricted from joining under the operator's rules, so please contact us before booking.
- The operator may cancel the tour in bad weather; in that case you will receive a full refund.
- If the boat has fewer than 15 passengers in total, the trip will be cancelled and we will let you know by the day before departure. In that case, you can change to another date free of charge or receive a full refund.
- To change your pick-up area, please let us know at least 24 hours before departure.
- Suitcases larger than a 20-inch carry-on (56 × 34 × 23 cm) cost an extra THB 240 per bag. Please let us know when you book.
- Insurance is arranged using the name (in Latin letters, as in the passport), date of birth and nationality of every passenger entered at checkout. If these differ from the passport, the insurance may not apply.
- Lost or damaged equipment must be paid for on site: snorkel set (mask + snorkel) THB 1,500 · mask THB 1,000 · snorkel THB 500 · life jacket THB 1,000 · towel THB 300 · fins THB 1,500
