📌Good to know before booking
- James Bond Island is viewed from the boat only, without landing. If you'd like to land on the island, please choose the Sail Tour product.
- The water in Phang Nga Bay is murky, so visibility may be limited when snorkeling.
- Plankton viewing and krathong floating may not take place, or may be hard to see, depending on the weather.
- Tour times vary depending on the tide, and mangrove exploration may be restricted during high tide as the cave passages are blocked.
- Please select carefully, as travel insurance coverage is not available for infants, individuals aged 70 or older, or those with underlying medical conditions. (Pregnant women in their 5th to 7th month are eligible to book.)
- For your safety, please do not touch wild animals or rocks while canoeing.
- Children aged 7–12 pay the child rate, and children aged 6 and under go free. For free children too, please note their age and number in your booking request.
🧾Cancellation and Change Policy
- If you cancel up to 2 days before the date of use, you will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations and no-shows after that will not be refunded.
- Date changes are free until 18:00 (Thailand time) on the day before departure, and thereafter, a fee of 1,000 baht for adults and 500 baht for children will be charged.
- The fee may be waived if you submit a medical certificate.
