· Operating hours — 2 PM – 10 PM. The swimming pool is available only until 6 PM, after which the stage is expanded.
· 20 years of age or olderOnly adults are allowed to enter, and children are not permitted to ride. It is not recommended for those over 70 years of age or pregnant women.
· Cancellation/Change Not Possible — Event reservations cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once confirmed.
· The pier varies by season (11/16–4/4 Patong Boat Pier / 4/5–11/15 Royal Phuket Marina).
· The seat fare includes admission for the indicated number of people. If the number of people increases, please purchase additional tickets.
