              • As this is a join tour, please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting.<\/li>\r\n
              • Surin National Park is closed every year from May 16 to October 14.<\/strong>Operations will not be conducted during this period.<\/li>\r\n
              • Pregnant women, infants under 1 year of age, and those who have undergone bone surgery within the last 6 months are not allowed to board.<\/li>\r\n
              • This tour is not recommended for individuals with asthma, heart disease, high blood pressure, or those over the age of 70. Please ride with a guardian.<\/li>\r\n
              • The accommodation is a lodging facility in Mai Ngam, located within Surin National Park. Since it is a national park facility rather than a hotel, amenities are limited.<\/li>\r\n
              • The snorkeling point is determined as one of two locations based on the wave and tide conditions of the day.<\/li>\r\n
              • The schedule is subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and tide conditions.<\/li>\r\n
              • If the number of participants is less than 10, the operator may cancel the tour. In this case, a full refund will be provided.<\/li>\r\n
              • For suitcases larger than 20 inches, you must pay an additional 200 baht per bag on-site when loading them into the pickup vehicle.<\/li>\r\n
              • We provide pickup services throughout Phuket and from accommodations in Khao Lak, Khok Kloy, and Natai. Estimated pickup times and additional fees by region are listed in the pickup region field on the booking page.<\/li>\r\n
              • The rate includes accommodation in a standard tent. You can select an air-conditioned tent (1\u20132 people) or a bungalow (1\u20132 or 1\u20134 people) from the room upgrades section on the booking page. Since room rates are paid to the National Park immediately upon confirmation, they are non-refundable if you cancel due to personal reasons after confirmation.
