Our service

TripRAON is a travel agency registered in Thailand that sells tours, tickets, shows, transfers (pick-up, ferries, taxis), accommodation and other travel products in Phuket and Thailand.

The actual services are provided by the local operator of each product ("local operator"). Each product page shows the operator, schedule, and what is and is not included.

3. Bookings and the contract

When you choose a product, date, number of guests and options and place your order with payment, your booking request is received.

Payment does not mean your booking is confirmed. After we confirm your payment, we request the booking from the local operator. Once the operator confirms, we email you the confirmation and your voucher.

If the local operator cannot confirm your booking, we will offer another date or product, or refund the full amount if you prefer.

The contract is made when we send you the booking confirmation. Your contract is with Raon Holdings Co., Ltd.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Thai baht (THB). Amounts in other currencies are estimates for reference only. If you pay by card, the final charge may differ depending on your card issuer's exchange rate and fees.

Payment methods: credit/debit card and WeChat Pay (processed by Omise) · bank transfer.

Bank transfer gives a discount on most products (shown on each product page and at checkout). Please pay within the deadline shown after your order. If payment is not received by the deadline, the order may be cancelled.

Bank transfers are made to our THB account at Kasikorn Bank (Thailand). International transfer fees are paid by the sender.

5. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy page and the rules on each product page. If a product has its own rules, those rules apply.

If a product is cancelled because of weather, sea conditions, a national park decision or the local operator, you receive a full refund.

Changes to the date or number of guests need the local operator's approval, and the price may change.

6. What we ask of you

Please enter traveller names, contact details, hotel or pick-up location and flight details correctly. We cannot be responsible for problems caused by incorrect information (for example, a missed pick-up).

Please be at the pick-up point on time. If you are late or do not show up (no-show), no refund is given.

Please check passports, health conditions and any age, height or weight requirements for each product. If you cannot join because a requirement is not met, refunds may be limited.

On the day, please follow the safety instructions of the local operator and guide.

7. Local operation and safety

Schedules, order of stops and places visited may change because of weather, safety or local conditions.

If you are injured or an accident happens, tell the operator's staff or your guide immediately and get help on the spot. Cases are handled under the operator's insurance and Thai law. If you leave without reporting it on the spot, compensation may be difficult.

The operator's insurance may not be enough, so we recommend buying travel insurance before your trip.

8. Our responsibility

TripRAON is responsible for processing your booking, giving you information, and handling payments and refunds.

The local operator is responsible for running its service and for safety on site. If something goes wrong, TripRAON will help you resolve it with the operator.

We are not responsible for additional losses when a service cannot be provided because of force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, epidemics or government measures (refunds of your payment follow section 5).

Where the law gives you stronger rights, the law applies.

9. Accounts (optional)

You can book without creating an account. Creating an account is your choice.

You can sign up with your email or a social account (Google · Facebook). You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe.

You can ask to close your account at any time (info@tripraon.com).

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we post them on this page with the effective date. Confirmed bookings follow the terms in effect when the booking was made.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Thai law. If a dispute arises, we will first try to settle it in good faith. If that fails, it will be resolved by the competent court in Phuket, Thailand.

If the consumer protection laws of your country give you mandatory rights that are more favourable to you, those rights apply.

Effective date: 7 October 2026

["post-1057","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
